Blast wheel unit

Blast wheel assembly usually refers to the wheel housing and internal throwing parts such as blades, impeller, control cage, feed spout, hub and liners. Assembly types
Use these terms when preparing your RFQ. If you are not sure, send photos of the complete installed wheel and the motor or drive side.
For replacement scope that includes the motor and wheel unit. Send motor power, nameplate, mounting base and installed photos.
For replacement scope where the buyer keeps the existing motor. Send shaft, coupling and mounting details.
For direct motor-to-wheel layouts. Confirm shaft layout, rotation direction, mounting dimensions and feed position.
For pulley-driven layouts. Confirm drive position, pulley side, motor side, wheel photos and mounting base.
Components
